Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging. We understand that many of our subscribers do not wish for their other family or household members to know about their Bando Box subscription. We therefore dispatch all boxes in discreet, plain, unbranded packaging.

We deliver to UK Mainland, UK Off-Mainland (Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Outer Hebrides) UK P. O Box (P. O Boxes in the UK), BFPO (British Forces Post Office).

We do not ship to any address outside of the United Kingdom.

Free postage and packaging is included with all subscriptions and gift box orders of £49.99 or over. Our standard shipping free is £2.99. Subscription boxes are dispatched once your first payment has been received and then every month thereafter. All boxes are generally delivered within 2-3 working days. If you would like your box to arrive faster, we have an express shipping option that is an additional £3.99 on top of your subscription or gift box fee. 

Returns:

You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item(s) and we will issue a full refund of the price you paid for the item or send a replacement.

All item(s) must have the original labels or tags attached.

To ensure the safe return of the item(s), we suggest that you return all items via a tracked service such as that offered by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery.

Please return your item(s) with a copy of your invoice and a note of the refund/exchange you require to:

Once your return has been received your Credit/Debit Card will be refunded within 3-7 working days. Your exchange should arrive within 3-7 working days. If there is a delay we will inform you.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund postal charges.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds:

When you send your box or item(s) back to us we’ll process the return and then you can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 – 10 days of our receiving your return.

All item(s) returned as damaged or defective will be checked for faults. In the event that no fault is found, we will unfortunately be unable to process a refund.

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period:

By law, customers located in the United Kingdom also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information see Your Statutory Rights.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:

Where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we will refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred.

Where you are returning an entire order, we will refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred.

We will not refund the cost of packing, your costs in returning the item to us or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part, because it is defective, or because it was eligible for free returns.

Items returned under the 30-day or 14-day returns guarantee:

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item.

We will not refund the cost of packaging, delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
